Yellow and Gray Polka-Dot Boxed Invitation

Process & Timeline

Please contact us at least 3 months in advance of the date you'd like to mail your invitations.

We'll schedule a design consultation to discuss your needs and vision and hear all the details about your wedding or event.  Custom sample sets will then be created for you based on our discussion, and delivered to you 3 to 4 weeks after our consultation.  Changes will be made to those custom samples, as needed, until we finalize your perfect design. After finalizing, please allow 4 to 8 weeks, depending on quantity and complexity, to complete your order.

If you need additional pieces, such as seating cards, table numbers, programs, thank you cards, or favor tags and packaging, please let us know during our initial consultation and we will provide samples of those as well.

Please be aware that this is a collaborative process. It requires your input regarding design, samples, revisions, and wording/information in order to create invitations that best match your vision. We'll be in touch quite a bit as we finalize your design, so please keep that in mind when opting for custom invitations.

Order Information & Pricing

All our work is custom. Pricing varies greatly depending on materials used and labor involved. To ensure that you receive that perfect invitation you have envisioned, much time is spent discovering your needs, perfecting designs, and shipping custom samples; followed by many days of printing and assembling your final order with strict quality and workmanship guidelines. Therefore, the minimum investment for your invitations and paper goods is $750, regardless of quantity.

We create custom samples for each client, and require a sample fee of $100. Complex, boxed invitations, or heavily embellished samples may require a greater sample fee, which will be discussed at the time of your design consultation. The sample fee is non-refundable but will be credited to your final order in most cases.

Printing Methods

We offer both letterpress and flat printing. Letterpress is a classic and formal printing method that literally impresses text and graphic design into the paper. It looks most striking when only one or two colors are used. While flat printing does not offer the tactile quality of letterpress, it does allow for full-color printing. During our design consultation, we'll determine which printing method will work best for your vision and pricing needs.

Boxed Invitations & Folios

We offer a wide variety of box options for boxed invitations, including standard coated paper boxes (fixed color options), custom paper-wrapped boxes (custom paper/color options), fabric boxes and folios, and 100% silk boxes and folios.

Color Matching

We have the ability to match colors in inks, papers, and embellishments. It is our intention with every client to match your color scheme as closely as possible.

Environment

Looking for ways to make your wedding more earth-friendly? We offer a selection of treeless papers, recycled papers and envelopes, and eco-friendly ribbons, should you desire them.

Location

We are located near Orlando, Florida, and we have easily worked with clients anywhere in the United States and abroad.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, check, and cash.
