OUR DESIGN PROCESS

Dogwood Blossom Stationery offers you an enhanced, one-on-one custom design

experience to ensure you get the breathtaking results you want.

 

Let’s get together and design your heirloom invitation.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

We start with a one-on-one design consultation.  This can take place via email, by phone, or in person.

We’ll talk about your colors, style, needs, and event details.  If you have inspiration or ideas about

how you’d like your invitations to look, we want to see those.  We’ll also show you examples

of our work, and present ideas to you that we think you might like.

CUSTOM SAMPLES

Following our design consultation, we create a set of custom samples designed just for you, based on our conversation.  We’ll either present these samples in person or ship them to you.  We will revise these

samples as needed, and can mix-and-match colors, materials, font sets, and artwork, so that your

invitation is exactly what you want it to be.

PRODUCTION

Once your design is perfect, we’ll finalize with a contract and proofs.  Upon approval, we’ll start

producing your one-of-a-kind invitations.  We offer a variety of optional add-on services,

such as addressing service, enclosure assembly service, and mailing service.

DAY-OF PAPERS

Once your invitations are mailed, we'll start focusing on papers that needed for the event itself.

These are items like welcome letters and welcome boxes, ceremony programs, escort cards or

seating charts, menus, favor tags, thank you cards and more.  All of these items can be

designed to meet your unique event needs, and will be cohesive with

your invitation and your event décor.

- THINGS TO KNOW -

|  PRICING  |

Our minimum order for invitations is $2000.  Pricing varies widely based on your needs, quantity,

printing method, and materials.  If you have a budget you’d like to stay within, we will gladly

help you stay there, and show you styles and printing methods that best suit your budget.

|  TIMELINE  |

In most cases, we suggest you mail your invitations 10 weeks prior to your wedding date.  We’d love

to start discussing your invitations about 3 months before your mailing date, or about 5 months

before your wedding date.  We will accept rush orders when possible; rush fees may apply.

|  LOCATION  |

Our studio is located in Merritt Island, Florida.  You are welcome to meet with us in our studio.  If you

are local to the greater Orlando area, we are also happy to meet you in a location convenient to you.

If you are not local to Central Florida, we are experienced with phone and video consults,

and can easily work with you via those methods.
