The Crafted design Experience is perfect for clients who want to make their mark but have less need for custom artwork and want lower project costs.
Our streamlined time together results in elevated and intriguing designs, memorable and meaningful invitations and paper goods, and (optional) on-site installations that thrill - all with a shortened design process and timeline. The items and artwork you choose for your package are á la carte, so you choose what you want us to create for you, and we skip over things you don't want or need.
Process: The Crafted Experience

Schedule an Orientation Call to ask questions, get to know the process, and hear about what is included in The Crafted Design Experience. The Orientation Call is quick, has no cost, and is no obligation. Crafted Design Experience packages are á la carte, so you choose whether you want to work on save-the-dates, invitations, day-of papers, and/or signage installations. Invitation Ensembles in this package have a minimum starting range of $4,000. Clients who choose invitations and day-of papers spend an average of $7,500 per project.

Concept & quote
When you've decided the Crafted Design Experience is the one for you, schedule a Design Consultation to get started. We'll send you over some lookbooks, pricing, and information to review before our call. During our call, we'll discuss your vision and event style. Your Crafted invitations and paper goods are intended to be interactive and personal - creating a moment for your guests while also telling your story. At the end of your Design Consultation call, we'll send you a custom quote and concept board based on our discussion, and get your approval before moving forward with design.

02. Design Consultation
Proofs
Once you’ve approved your custom quote and submitted your deposit, our team will create your custom proofs. Three rounds of revisions are included in the ensemble design. Additional revisions may be included if custom artwork options were added to your package. If desired, you may also order samples and swatches to be shipped to you, so you can see and feel everything in person.

03. Mockups & samples
Production
Once your design is final and proofs are approved, production of your invitations typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your materials and chosen printing methods. We can ship your invitations to you for mailing, or you can choose to add addressing and mailout service to your order.

The Finishing touches
Once save-the-dates and invitations are mailed, we can schedule a day-of Design Consultation to begin working on your day-of papers and signage, if desired. See "Á La Carte Options" below for examples of day-of paper needs and possibilities.
