INNOVATIVE · HIGH-TOUCH · EXPERIENTIAL

The Creative design Experience is focused on high-touch client service with a comprehensive and collaborative creative design process.

Perfect for clients striving for innovative guest experiences and for those who have a need for a collaborative artwork partner. Our time together results in innovative graphic design brought to life in experiential and highly personalized invitations, paper goods, and on-site installations that excite, inspire, and thrill.

It starts with your story and your style.

Tell us who you are and how you want your guests to feel at your wedding, and we’ll translate that into stationery (and more).

The Creative Design Experience might start with invitations, but it opens the door to custom artwork releases for use on your event website, throughout your event décor, and special guest touches all along the way.

Whether you need help articulating what you want or you’re looking to push the boundaries of traditional “paper,” we’ll collaborate closely with you at every step. Our in-house studio gives us extraordinary flexibility to pair materials and printing methods so we can do what hasn't been done before.

Process: The Creative Design Experience

collaboration call

Each project starts with a Collaboration Call - a detailed conversation about your event and your vision. If you have a strong vision already, that is great! If not, no worries! We know what questions to ask you to get us pointed in the right direction. The most important things you can bring to this call are your story and an open mind. We strongly recommend that all decision-makers join this first call, including and especially your event planner.

Concept Quote

Following our Collaboration Call, we’ll outline concepts for the design and production of your invitations, paper goods, and installations, along with pricing estimates for all items in your custom package, and a timeline for execution. Creative Design Experience clients typically work with us for all of their wedding invitation, day-of paper, and signage installation needs, so we quote based on project. Creative Design Experience packages have a minimum starting range of $10,000 per project, with clients spending an average of $20,000 per project.

Mockups & samples

After you’ve approved the pricing estimate and placed a Design Deposit, we’ll begin work on your Design Proposal, which includes comprehensive mockups and thoughtful artwork and design, all of which can be revised as needed and without limitation. We’re also happy to send physical samples and swatches your way, so you can see and feel everything in person. Anything and everything can be changed to better fit your vision and your needs, and we’re here for you, your planner, and your team, at any time that suits your schedule for calls, texts, and emails.

the finishing touches

Once invitations are mailed, we’ll shift our focus to day-of papers and accessories. From Welcome Boxes to Ceremony Programs, Welcome Signs, Seating Displays, Menus, custom Table Numbers, and more, we’ll work with you to create any and all items you might need. We’ll also work with you, your planner, and your creative team to design artwork for dance floor wraps, custom drape, stage wraps, bar backs, cocktail napkins, tote bags, t-shirts, hats… well, you get the idea… if you need it, we’ve got you!

05. The Finishing Touches

The Creative design Experience offers:

The Creative Experience is intended to be all-inclusive, where we act as a partner to you, your planner, and your creative team to ensure you have the artwork, files, pieces, and products you need. In addition to the design work that goes into your Invitation Ensemble, creation of a custom monogram/logo/crest in the style of your choice is included with invitation pricing, and this artwork is released to you at the time of proof approval. Likewise, with your day-of papers order, up to 15 hours of artwork design is built into your package, which can be allotted towards dance floor design, custom map artwork, file creation for 3rd party templated items such as wearables or custom packaging, bar or stage wrap artwork, or other similar needs.

What's included

Creative Experience clients receive priority booking for on-site installation services. We will hold your date until 3 months prior to ensure that we have availability should you need our team on-site at your events for focal-point Seating Display installation, Welcome Sign, other signage installations, and other specialty on-site services pertaining to our work for you. At the 3-month mark, if you have determined you do not need us on-site for installation services, we'll release your date for the consideration of Crafted Experience clients.
